Avery Ranch

Avery Ranch is a 1,800 acre master-planned community located in Northwest Austin. The centerpiece of Avery ranch is The Avery Ranch Golf Club and it's 226 acre, 18-Hole Championship Golf Course, which also borders the 60 acre Avery Lake.

The Avery Ranch community is located along the north and south sides of Avery Ranch Blvd, where it intersects Parmer Lane. Avery Ranch extends west of Parmer Lane to Hwy 183A and east to Morgan Hill Trail. Although Avery Ranch is located within the Austin City Limits, it borders Round Rock and many of the homes are part of the Round Rock ISD.

Avery Ranch Texas offers many amenities to it's residents. Along with the golf course, other amenities include hike and bike trails, two community pools, playgrounds, sports courts, community centers and an outdoor amphitheatre.

The homes in Avery Ranch range in price from the mid $100,000's up to over $600,000. The residents of Avery Ranch are served by the Leander ISD and Round Rock ISD. The schools include Patsy Sommer Elementary, Forest North Elementary, Rutledge Elementary, Cedar Valley Middle School, Artie L Henry Middle School, Vista Ridge High School and McNeil High School.
