Great Hills

Great Hills is located in Northwest Austin, near the intersection of Loop 360 and Hwy 183. Loop 360 and Hwy 183 provide the north, east and south boundaries, while Spicewood Springs Rd provides the west and north boundary. Because of the intersection of all these major roadways, Great Hills has easy access to virtually all locations in and out of Austin.

Great Hills is home to the famous Arboretum Shopping Mall, also close by is the Gateway Shopping Center and the new Shops at Arbor Walk. Also in Great Hills is the private Great Hills Country Club, which contains the 18-hole Great Hills Golf Club, as well as a Junior Olympic Pool and tennis courts. Residents can also enjoy Great Hills Park, a 60 acre park which contains playgrounds, playscapes, picnic tables and over a mile of hiking trails.

Homes in Great Hills range in price from the high $200,000's to the mid $900,000's. There are a wide variety of styles and floor plans available, with many homes located right on the Great Hills Golf Course.

The residents of Great Hills are served by two school districts, AUSTIN ISD and ROUND ROCK ISD. The Austin ISD schools include Davis Elementary, Hill Elementary, Murchison Middle School and Anderson High School. The Round Rock schools include Laurel Mtn Elementary, Caraway Elementary, Canyon Vista Middle School, and Westwood High School.
