River Place

River Place is a country club community that began it's development in the mid 1990's. It is located just east of Hwy 620, with it's entrance off of RM2222. Due to it's location in the Texas Hill Country, many homes have impressive view of Lake Austin and the Hill Country. It is also conveniently located close to both Lake Austin and Lake Travis.

A few estates on the edge of Lake Austin have been priced as high as $3,000,000.The residents of River Place are served by the LEANDER ISD. The schools include Laura W Bush Elementary, Canyon Ridge Middle School, and Cedar Park High School.
